Whether moving from a house to an amenity-full condo building or swapping the suburbs for the city, there are plenty of reasons my clients find themselves in the market for a Chicago luxury condo.
And with a condo search almost always comes this requirement: plenty of space. Even if they are downsizing, I find that clients searching for a high-end condo want the square footage to go with it. The magic number is usually 3,000 square feet, which can be found in a number of Chicago condo buildings like Trump Tower, Lincoln Park 2550 and a number of co-op buildings along the prestigious Lake Shore Drive (plus many others).
That’s why I’ve created a new search on my website specifically for Chicago condos that meet the 3,000 square foot requirement many of my clients have. Each of the for-sale condos listed here have that minimum square footage, and you can search by budget range as well.
Even if you aren’t immediately in the market for a new home, it’s a great way to see the size-to-price relationship for luxury properties and use that when determining your own budget or space needs. And if you are currently in the market for Chicago real estate, this is a great place to start and avoid sifting through properties that don’t meet your square footage requirements.
You can also save your search to ensure you’ll receive updated listings right to your inbox.
