Lincoln Park Was Hot in June, Where 7 of 11 Most Luxurious Homes Sold

The numbers are in for Chicago luxury home sales in June, with 60 single-family homes closing for a total of $87.6 million. The top 11 sales ranged from $2 million up to the most expensive sale at $4.2 million–and not surprisingly, 7 of those 11 were found in Lincoln Park, one of the city’s most coveted neighborhoods for high-end homes.
